This research developed a sustainable casting process utilizing reclaimed construction materials, including plaster and aggregates, combined with digital design techniques. The method integrates high-tech/low-tech workflows, relying on gravity-driven morphing to ensure production consistency. This approach creates intricate, custom architectural components while demonstrating the potential of waste materials for innovative and sustainable construction solutions.
